Swallows and tea fields . We grow tea in the mountainous area of the former Nukata town in Okazaki city, Aichi prefecture, using natural farming methods without herbicides, pesticides or fertilizers.

My grandparents started growing tea on this tea field in the Showa era, working with the local community.

This happens because the tea plants have grown their roots and stored up nutrients from the mineral-rich gneiss soil⁡ and when that tea is brewed in water it takes on an incredibly unique flavor.
