Introduction of tea

Single-farm production

Just like coffee, it is common for Japanese tea to be sold as a blend of teas from various regions.

With single origin tea, you can clearly tell who grew it, where it was grown and how.

We place importance on flavor and yield, and rather than relying on chemical fertilizers, we rely on the natural ability of tea plants to sprout and grow deep, thanks to the blessings of the gneiss soil, which allows the roots to spread and improve the flavor of the tea.

Recommended way to drink

No need to boil water - very simple and quick cold brew green tea

Bring your own bottle or water bottle (approximately 500ml)
Add as much water and ice as you like and one tea bag.
Ready in 3 to 8 hours

If you make it in the morning before you go out or before you go to bed, you'll have cold-brewed green tea ready by lunchtime.

◇Ingredients that increase when brewed with cold water◇
・Epigallocatechin・Theanine・Vitamin C

Epigallocatechin in particular has strong antioxidant properties and is known to have beneficial effects on anti-virus and immune cells.

In tea fields where no herbicides, fertilizers or pesticides are used, wild plants grow in abundance among the tea plants. Some people are surprised to see tea fields covered in lush grass, so they may be a little different from the clean, weed-free tea fields you might imagine.

In grass cultivation, wild plants are allowed to grow to a certain extent, then cut and cut back to their roots, allowing insects and soil microorganisms to naturally return the plants to a fluffy soil, creating a natural cycle that is kind to the soil, rivers, and oceans.
